We want you to love ScienceForge. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Science Forge orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or contact us through the website and we'll help.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling is separate from a refund — if you're within the 30-day window you can also request your money back as above.
